Shipping Charges
800 yen (tax included) will be charged per package.

The maximum number of pieces per package is 12.

Free Shipping
1 】 Orders that include items with “Free Shipping” in the product name will not be charged for shipping.

2 】 Orders of 11,000 yen (including tax) or more will not be charged for shipping.

 If you choose COD as your payment method, a separate COD fee of 330 yen (including tax) will be charged per delivery. Please be aware of this.

If you cancel a part of your order and the total amount is less than 11,000 yen (including tax), a delivery fee will be charged.

Shipping and Packaging
All items will be delivered in our sturdy cardboard boxes.

About cool delivery
We recommend cool delivery (refrigerated delivery at around 3 degrees Celsius) for delivery during the summer season from May 1 to the end of September.

A cool delivery fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged per order. Even if you order with free shipping, the cool fee will be charged separately.

Please unpack the wine as soon as possible after arrival and store in a cool, dark place. (Recommended temperature is 16-17 degrees.)

Please note that we do not accept returns or cancellations of wines delivered by regular delivery due to spills or quality deterioration caused by the delivery of wines by customer’s request. Please understand this in advance.

Orders received by 12:00 a.m. on the day of shipment will be shipped on the same day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 a.m. on the day of shipment→shipped the next day (except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Orders placed after 12:00 a.m. will be shipped the following day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). Please understand this in advance.

Returns due to long-term absence
If the customer is absent for an extended period of time, the package may be returned according to the regulations of the courier company. In this case, we will charge you for the return shipping and COD fee.
