Changes or Cancellation of Orders
We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders, as we begin shipping arrangements as soon as possible after an order is completed.
Returns
Basically, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective.
Time Limit for Returns
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise only if the merchandise is found to be defective or faulty, or if the merchandise is not what was ordered. In either case, we will not be able to accept returns after 8 days of receipt.
In the event that the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us. We will contact the shipping company and, depending on the situation, will replace the product with a new one, a replacement product, or a refund.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to deterioration (leakage) caused by heat during shipping if you choose standard delivery.
Return postage
In case of quality defects, we will check the condition of the product in our store. Please contact us without discarding the contents. Please note that we will not be able to respond if the contents are not left in the package.
If the product is not what you ordered, the return shipping costs will be borne by our store.
About cooling-off
Since this site is a mail order service where customers place orders of their own volition, the cooling-off system does not apply. Please understand this beforehand.
