COLOR: Pale straw yellow with reflections that tend to platinum, with a fine and persistent perlage.

bouqet: Simple, fresh and immediate nose, you can recognize floral notes of lily of the valley followed by fruity notes of apple, pear and citrus. In the finish there are vegetal tones reminiscent of the lemon leaf.

flavour: The taste confirms the simplicity and has as its main feature a nice acid verve which however is well integrated into the rest of the structure.
