Colour: Wine with an intense straw yellow color with subdued greenishreflections.
Tasting notes: It is elegant in its floral and fruity scents. The taste is sapid, with a delicately dry finish.
Food pairing: Pleasant aperitif, it goes very well with all fish, raw and cooked appetizers.
