Colour: Dull straw with bright. silky froth. Perlage: fine and lingering.
Bouquet: Subtle. pleasantly fruity with hints of acacia blossoms.
Taste: Well-balanced and velvety.
Food pairing: Excellent as an aperitif and intriguing with Mediterranean dishes containing fruit.
