Tasting notes: The aroma is intense with notes of fruit and spices. In the mouth
it fresh-tasting, savoury and long lasting. An elegant wine witha mineral edge, and long-lasting potential.
Food pairing: It pleasingly complements all light appetizers, soups,
crustaceans, lagoon fish stews, and grilled fish dishes.
