KIMERA was born from the Chimera of Arezzo, a symbol of the town of Arezzo in Tuscany, Italy.
Arezzo is the hometown of Matteo, the founder of KIMERA ONLINE WINE SHOP, an Italian who loves to drink. Arezzo is a small but beautiful city. There is a lot of delicious Italian food, local produce, and wine that is second to none.
I want to bring Italian wine and food culture to Japan. KIMERA ONLINE WINE SHOP was started from Matteo’s wish.
In Italy, families have meals together very often. Grandma and grandpa, uncles and aunts, children’s boyfriends and girlfriends are all together. They eat home-cooked meals, drink wine, and sit around the table with their families.
